My faith has taught me the importance of aligning every step with values that uplift and empower, reminding me that true success is about creating barakah بَرَكَة (blessings) in both business and life.

As an IVF warrior, I’ve faced one of life’s most profound journeys, navigating the complexities of hope, loss, and perseverance. This path has taught me the true meaning of resilience, the power of community, and the importance of faith as an anchor during life’s most testing moments. It has given me the strength to not only endure but to channel my experiences into supporting others who walk similar roads.
My work as a community builder is where my purpose truly shines. STRENGTH IN THE SHADOWS: NAVIGATING CHALLENGES WITH FERTILITY AND BUSINESS IN A GROUNDED MARRIAGE
Marriage often unfolds quietly, with its challenges and triumphs largely unseen by the world. For my husband and me, this journey has been anything but conventional. It’s been a story of persistence, hope, and resilience as we navigated the complexities of life, including the deeply personal challenge of fertility, while balancing the demands of building a business.
Our path to starting a family began with a series of Clomid cycles—each one a small glimmer of hope that ultimately ended in heartbreak. The emotional toll of each failed attempt was heavy, yet those moments taught us the meaning of partnership: being there for each other in the silences, in the tears, and in the moments of questioning what the future held.
We lived in London as soon as we got married in a one bedroom apartment in West Ham.

Through it all, I was simultaneously navigating the demands of my business. Showing up for my clients, speaking engagements, and training sessions often meant compartmentalizing my pain and focusing on the present moment. There were times I felt like I was living two separate lives—one as a hopeful mother-to-be enduring the highs and lows of IVF, and another as a driven entrepreneur who needed to inspire and lead.
The lessons I learned from this dual journey were profound. IVF taught me patience and the importance of embracing uncertainty, while entrepreneurship reminded me of the power of resilience and adaptability. Both journeys required me to trust the process, even when the outcomes weren’t in my control.
My marriage was the grounding force that carried me through. Together, my husband and I learned to hold space for each other’s emotions, to celebrate the small victories, and to find strength in the quiet, unspoken moments of connection. Our marriage isn’t defined by grand gestures but by the steady support and unwavering commitment that helps us face life’s challenges as a team.
Now, as I reflect on this chapter of our lives, I realize how deeply it has shaped me—not just as a wife and a hopeful mother, but as a person. It’s a reminder that resilience isn’t just about enduring hardships; it’s about finding meaning, growth, and grace in the midst of them.
